Any dental office can enroll in the 3Z Loyalty Rewards Program.
How long is the program?
The program runs for 12 months from your enrollment date.
How is my rebate calculated?
Your rebate is based on your total qualifying spend during your 12-month term. Once you reach a tier, the rebate percentage applies to your entire qualifying spend.
Can I check my progress?
Yes. Contact your 3Z Dental representative anytime to check your current qualifying spend.
Do manufacturer promotions count?
Yes. Manufacturer promotions count toward your qualifying spend.
What does not qualify?
3Z exclusive promotions do not count toward the rebate program.
Does my account need to be in good standing?
Yes. Your account must be in good standing and invoices must be paid to receive your rebate.
Is there a maximum rebate amount?
No. There is no maximum rebate cap.
